Terms of service
These terms govern your use of PDFEasyGo at www.pdfeasygo.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the service
PDFEasyGo provides the document tools currently shown as available on the website. Planned features are not available yet. You must be entitled to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Keep access to your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Your files and permissions
You retain ownership of your documents. You must have the right to upload, edit, convert, or sign them and to handle any personal information they contain. You grant PDFEasyGo only the permission needed to process, store temporarily, and deliver files for the operations you request. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, violate other people’s rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.
4. Results, limits, and availability
Review converted files, OCR text, completed forms, and signatures before relying on them. Results can contain errors, and the service does not certify that a document or signature meets a particular legal requirement. Tool limits and availability are displayed in the product and may change. Planned features do not represent a guarantee of delivery.
5. Keep your own copies
Download results promptly and keep your original documents. PDFEasyGo is not a permanent document archive. Cloud files expire as explained in the privacy policy. You can stop using the service and delete your account in Account settings.
6. Service changes and responsibility
We may update the service or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance or security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will post updated terms here when they change.
