Common questions
What if the answer isn't in the document?
The answer says that the document doesn't cover it. It won't make something up.
What happens to my file and question?
Your file is uploaded to our server to extract the text (scanned pages are recognized first), and the text and your question are sent to a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini, depending on our current setup) to write the answer. The question is deleted when the task ends; files and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, or right away if you choose.
