Common questions
How well are tables recognized?
Simple tables with clearly separated columns work best. Merged cells, table borders, colors and fonts aren't recreated, and pages with several differently shaped tables may need tidying in Excel.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Pages without selectable text are recognized with OCR in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese, up to 20 pages. The document language also decides how numbers like 1,234.56 or 1.234,56 are read.
