Common questions
Is the original layout kept?
Paragraph order and heading levels are kept, and each PDF page starts a new page in Word. Images, tables, columns and the original fonts are not kept.
What happens to my file?
Your file is uploaded to our server to extract the text (scanned pages are recognized first), and the text is sent to a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini, depending on our current setup) for translation. Files and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, or right away if you choose.
