Common questions
Can you unlock a PDF without the password?
Not if it asks for a password when you open it: we only remove a password you provide. Files that open freely but block printing or copying can be unlocked without one.
Is my password stored?
No. It's used only to unlock this file and is deleted from our server as soon as the task ends.
