What if I forget the password?
The file can't be opened or unlocked without it, by us or anyone else. Keep the password somewhere safe before sharing the file.
Is my password stored?
No. It's used only to encrypt this file and is deleted from our server as soon as the task ends. The file itself is deleted after 24 hours.
